For the P planning world could there be more leeway given with worldedit plots, could each village/regular player that existed in a previous rev be given a 200x200 plot without needing to make borders? From what I've seen of the planning servers they want a) large world edit areas, b) world edit exporting for schematica c) some natural terrain. There's also at least one museum server, I don't know if we want to serve that kind of thing.
  3. I feel this will lead to better discussion to be started once the admins have had their discussion. I hope topics that have been shut down in the past could be reattempted. I like that the staff are not burning themselves out for the sake of a diminishing and often negative community. Xkinoec there was never any promise with the donations as to exactly what it would get you, it was to keep the rented servers rented. I do like your ideas, but nothing is deserved, especially by the negative vocal people.
  4. What if the players continue to request large changes frequently, what if the same damage is done on the new server?

  6. What changes do you think will be the easiest to measure the impact of? What is the timing of outside influences on player count, eg exams are over?

  8. An S server where the spawn area is safe is too much like PVE. A S server where you have to go across a reasonably large, not ruined up by camping/traps, player made roads to get to the safe areas is not so much like PVE. I suggest we look again at the Junction plans, which are the most thought through version of this idea I've ever seen.
  9. Where did you find such facts as the survival admins aren't giving any attention to the servers or players? Don't make enemies out of people taking their time to make something fun for you,
  10. If the reason why the teams are unbalanced is still causing unbalance (which is to be assumed with skybridges and possibly tunnels) then keeping it available for further use just means you'll need to balance more people in the future. This is definitely demotivating.
  11. I'd love that. I usually organise my builds by major block (eg sandstone, woods, stone) and/or by age (medieval, modern, unrealistic). Also I'd like to have a protected world gen village in spawn or the city, as a link to the mythology or whatever of the game.
  12. Perhaps they would appreciate the time to sort things out and do what they want with a united team. Maybe that is why no actual staff announced it's starting tomorrow, even before the ctf would have halted it.
  13. Maybe put a time delay on this. The player claims it with a sign then waits two weeks and makes the modreq to move it. The mod then sees that the edit happened two weeks ago/out of logs and can tell it's been long enough. This still encourages players to keep looking for better naturally placed spawners. I found two skeleton spawners 31m apart (there is one single coord that activates both, I think) after caving around and saw another five or so spawners first.
