You can't "obtain" them though, as they aren't distributed in item form. The only way you could get them is with /summon, which is an oped command.

For now until it is added to /cregion, you can manually add the flag using /rg flag regionname interact allow.

Last last week was a bunch of fun, glad to see these keeping up :D

Not sure technical wise whats wrong, but I'll test it a bit tomorrow with flags and such at an attempt to solve it.

The rules in-game are simplified enough, the wiki is basically a detailed expanded version of that. I'm sure you just ran right by the rule boards though.
